Speak to one of our pharmacists by video about seven common conditions — from wherever you are in England. Where it's clinically appropriate, we can supply treatment as part of the NHS Pharmacy First service.
Pharmacy First is an NHS service that lets pharmacists assess and, where appropriate, treat a set of common conditions — without you needing a GP appointment. As an online pharmacy, we run these consultations by secure video call, so you can be seen quickly from home, work or anywhere in England.
During your consultation, our pharmacist will ask about your symptoms and history, and may ask to see the affected area on camera. If your condition is suitable, they'll advise on the best course of action and can supply treatment where it is clinically appropriate. If it isn't suitable — or you need further care — they'll tell you clearly and signpost you to the right NHS service.

The NHS Pharmacy First consultation is an NHS service. Any treatment supplied is provided under the service where clinically appropriate; our pharmacist will explain everything at your consultation.
No. Treatment is never guaranteed. Our pharmacist assesses each person individually and only supplies treatment where it is clinically appropriate. Sometimes the safest advice is self-care or referral to another service.
Consultations take place over a secure video call. For some conditions the pharmacist will ask to see the affected area on camera to assess it properly.
Some pathways cover children (for example, earache from age 1, sore throat from age 5). A parent or guardian must be present for anyone under 16.
If your symptoms need different care, the pharmacist will tell you clearly and signpost you to your GP, NHS 111 or another appropriate service.
